AER merges into Entrust

CANTON, GA – American Escrow Reconciliation, Inc., (“AER”) a nationwide third-party escrow and trust account reconciliation company, has solidified its merger into Entrust Solutions.  In an announcement made today, AER will move under the Entrust umbrella, increasing the footprint of the title insurance servicing company.

AER, a company comprised of Title Insurance Underwriter Auditors, understands exactly what the Underwriter wants and demands.  “Merging with Entrust Solutions was a logical step for AER.  We are excited to be able to offer the level and number of services provided by Entrust,” said Bryan Colbert, President of AER.  Built from inception, AER has consistently provided its clients with proper ‘3-way’ accounting of their escrow accounts and more importantly, an audit of the reconciliations to make sure they were prepared before the Underwriter audit.  Mr. Colbert added, “We are extremely excited to be able to service any agent, any size and anywhere with custom solutions tailored made for their business.”

Increasing demands of the American Land Title Association’s Best Practices and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has pushed the title industry to utilized 3rd party reconciliation services.  “Our focus has been and will always be on helping agents with compliance and proper segregation of duties,” said Jonathan Yasko, Founder and Managing Member of Entrust Solutions.  “AER is a perfect fit to our overall company concept by helping and aiding title insurance professionals in a wide array of needs.”  This merger will increase Entrust’s reconciliation footprint by over 30% and bolster the company’s position in the title insurance servicing industry.
